THESE guys are amazing!. They were down the street doing a job and we had not heard back yet from two contractors that we previously called who said they would be out to give us quotes and have not been by in a week. My husband went down and talked to Austin and asked if he could check out our roof leak. Austin came by at the end of his work day after putting up an entire roof on another house in one day. He advised us of what was wrong, gave us two options and was very fairly priced. We picked which option we wanted and he scheduled the repair 2 days later. He showed up on time at 9am and was finished by noon!!!! IVery impressed since getting contractors to show up at all and be responsive is so hard to come by. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DSS ROOFING!!

DSS Roofing replaced my roof in March 2022. I am very satisfied with the outcome and recommend them to anyone looking to have work done to their roof. The workers were professional and considerate of the property. Not only did they do a good job, DSS was the least expensive quote by about $3,000. They even finished the job 2 weeks ahead of schedule.

I would recommend this company to anyone looking to have their roof replaced. Very affordable pricing, no down payment was needed for my size job. I was told the work would start within 2 -3 weeks ..they meet their deadline . The guys were prompt, friendly and they finished the job in one day (one of the hottest days we had the summer). The crew did an amazing cleanup job.

Khalid (DSS) was one of 3 companies I received an estimate with. However, he was the only one that worked with my schedule to meet with me while inspecting the roof. He was beyond helpful instantly. He gave advice for insurance reimbursement (which no other had mentioned) and had great knowledge as to what was needed to move forward in that regard.

This is long overdue but I have finally gotten back in my account and had to post. This is a great business, and I'm glad I used them. Mike was a great salesman and very informative, some things I didn't know about and he took the time to explain it and even check on my baby whenever we had to talk. The owner Kahlid was also professional and a very kind.

DSS did a full tear off shingle replacement and they were great! What really separated Khalid from the rest to me was his willingness to always respond to texts and calls and would take the time to explain and answer any questions you had. He always seemed genuinely interested in making sure you were happy and wanted to take the time to talk. Justin was just as kind and held high standards .

DSS was a great choice for our roof replacement! Within 24 hours of my first phonecall Mike was to our house for an estimate. He is a very friendly and knowledgeable guy, he even pulled his ladder out and fixed a piece of my siding that had fallen down!The owner Khalid and his guys were here within a week to replace our roof.

Khalid and his team did a great job! We couldn't be more pleased. They were able to accommodate our schedule and then promptly came when they said they could. Even though we had a more involved job since we had the original cedar shakes, they were still able to get the work done quickly. On top of it all they then did a great job cleaning up, were super friendly, and responded quickly to answer all our questions. Overall, the roof looks great, we're really happy with DSS and the quality they bring!

We are very impressed with the new roof and the professional installation. The crew were very efficient and I don’t have any reason to criticize their work and the meticulous clean-up.. They were very polite and made time to patiently explain everything as they progressed. They are highly recommended.

DSS just completed a full tear off and installed a new roof. They completed the job in a day and half, and I have a large three story house in North Buffalo. The work and clean up was outstanding! You really have to earn a recommendation for me to post a review. If you need a roofing contractor, you can trust them!

DSS Roofing recently did a full tear off and re decking of my roof (2 layers of asphalt and 1 layer of cedar). I have a complicated roof line with curves and a witches hat/spire/Turret. I had an active leak and was very concerned about my roof and finding the right people for the job. DSS most definitely was the right company. The owner and his foreman were kind, patient, courteous and skilled every step of the way. My roof is superb thanks to the great crew. This company pays attention to the details and makes sure they get everything right! They are proud of their product and stand behind it.

A full crew, extremely competent, great prices, great cleanup. We met Khalid last summer 2021 when DSS completed 2 roof installation projects on our street. He was easy to deal with, and clearly explained everything that had to be done We were impressed with the 53 positive reviews on Google. DSS arranged a permit with the city. No down payment was required. We paid when the job was finished. The DSS crew put up a tarp over the neighbors home to protect it, and were scrupulous in making sure there were no nails or debris left on their property. They did a complete tear off of 2 layers of old shingles, shoveled it all into wheelbarrows and put it in a dumpster.

Dss is a one-of-a-kind company that is rarely seen. Genuinely nice, eager to please with beyond quality work. The work was done on time and no cleaning on my part. I'd recommend them again and again. You definitely won't be disappointed.

DSS Roofing tore off my old roof and installed my new roof in April 2021. I am very satisfied with their work. When I first called, Mike called me back right away and provided me an in person estimate the next day. The best feature of this company is that the owner is on the roof with his team. He took the extra time out of his day to install a small vent for my bathroom (which was not in the original estimate), as well as to explain any other issues. It is clear that he takes pride in his work and wants to fix any issues properly.

I would absolutely recommend the team of DSS Enterprises. They were the best, reasonably priced estimate that we found and we certainly looked. We were able to reschedule our original date without an issue to accommodate an unplanned event. The team was on time, worked hard and did an excellent job. Khalid made the extra effort to find the specific colored gutters that I wanted. Although this is his team, he was right there in the mix working alongside them.

DSS roofing was amazing from quote to cleanup. Khalid took his time to explain everything thoroughly during his initial estimate and gave an incredibly fair quote on the work that needed to be done. They started the work earlier than expected and had half of our roof completely replaced in two days. He was responsive and communicative throughout the entire process. DSS did a great job recently repairing & replacing wind damage to our roof. The owner, estimator, and workers were all pleasant, and showed an excellent work ethic. Clean up was great as well. We saw at least 4 workers do a walk around the house, one at a time, to look for & clean up debris. We never found any nails or scraps afterward.

Called DSS for a leaking roof. They came out and quoted the same day I called. The whole side of the roof was bad. They we’re going to get me in the following week since it was an emergency. They had a cancellation and were able to get it done the same week. Tore off repaired and installed within two days. Quote to finish in less than five. Cannot say enough for Khalid and his crew. Will definitely be contacting them again when we are ready to finish the other half. Thank you!!

Would highly recommend this company! They were very easy to work with and they worked very well with our insurance. He even came out to meet with our adjuster to discuss the damage that occurred to our roof. It was our first insurance claim in regards to roofing and he answered all of our questions and was very helpful throughout the process.

I am writing this review on behalf of one of my uncle who received the services from DSS roofing team. he says these guys are really supportive and are real professionals. They know the job and they work quite efficiently. My Uncle is really happy with the services and is really eager to recommend them to whosoever asks for any services like Roofing Installation, Chimney Repair & Construction, Siding Installation, Gutter Installation and similar services. This may seem like a paid review but trust me my uncle asked me write these services specifically so people know about them. Khalid and his crew just did our roof today. Met him twice before the job and knew he was the guy. They respond to calls and texts and keep you informed of whats going on. They showed up even sooner than expected, which is great with winter coming and did a great job. They're the type to go beyond what's expected and just get it. Id recommend for sure. Great guy and his crew were awesome. Its a place where they look out for you which is great. Its not always that way from my experience. Oh and my yard and driveway was spotless. Thats huge with me as i have dogs and a little one running around.

I would recommend them to anybody. They did my roof in one day which was a complete tear off, New boards, new gutters etc. unbelievable! Everybody that worked for them were hard workers and super polite. The cleanup was done the same day you can’t find any thing laying outside from the roof because they clean everything up! And to top it all off they were the best price in town! Anyone who doesn’t Consider hiring them or at least checking them out is very foolish. And I’m tough I want things done right and this was done super right thank you DSS.

The DSS Roofing team did a fantastic job on my addition roof. They quick, efficient, & did a great job of explaining everything they were working on. Even with materials being low due to COVID, they were able to match the black tiles from my front roof, which was a great relief. Definitely will look to use them in the future.

I called DSS Roofing on Memorial Day and a gentleman answer name Mike, he was friendly and professional. Being a holiday he said I'll be at your home tomorrow morning. He arrived Tuesday in the morning access the job. I agreed to the contract Mike called back Tuesday night Wednesday evening my roof was replaced and repaired. This is a 5 Stars Company. Me and my wife bought our first house two years ago and have been through so many awful contractors. It was such a relief when DSS roofing stepped in the do our roof! Super responsive, accommodating, extremely professional, and did an amazing job on our roof and gutters. 2 days job was done. You truly don't realize how nice it is not to have to worry about a thing untill you don't have to worry about a thing! These guys really delivered that.

What an amazing company! Khalid was on site for everything. They worked from 7:30 to 10pm!!! They covered all of my new plants and cleaned up everything. Now we have no more leaks and no more squirrels. It's beautiful! A+++++

We had our roof done by a contractor that completed the job in 6 hours. Austin took the time to inspect the roof when no other company would and immediately found flaws in the work that couldn’t be repaired and needed another total tear off. While doing the roof they constantly let us know the flaws the other company did wrong and how it should be done and showed us the damage before it was repaired. They take the time to do the roof the proper way and don’t rush or cut corners to get done to move on to the next job like other contractors do.

Highly highly recommend using this company! They did great work for a friend so I called up for an estimate, so happy I did! They are no baloney, straightforward, so easy to work with. Incredibly friendly, accommodating and flexible. The porch/roof looks phenomenal, finished in a day for much lower rate than anyone else quoted, cleaned up all surrounding debris. They really went above and beyond, can’t say enough!

Amazing company. They were by far the best estimate I recieved. Upon hiring they were clear, consise, and in constant communication with me. They installed gutters with gutter guards at a fraction of what other companies had quoted me. They showed up on time, did a thorough job, and cleaned up EVERYTHING once they were done.
